We have an excellent opportunity for a Centre Manager to co-lead our client's dedicated team at The Donkey Assisted Therapy Centre in Ivybridge
Position: Centre Manager
Location: Ivybridge, Devon - "an area of outstanding natural beauty"
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: GBP40,500
Contract: Permanent
Benefits: Generous annual leave, pension scheme, Healthshield plan, confidential counselling service, subsidised restaurant, free parking, enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, Life Assurance Scheme, 31 day's holiday per year, inclusive of the 8 statutory public holidays. This increases by one day each year until a maximum of 34 days is reached.

The Role
As Centre Manager you will effectively lead, support and manage the centre and its staff to ensure the delivery of effective, high quality donkey-facilitated learning sessions to vulnerable people both at the centre and as part of our client's outreach activities in the community for schools and residential and care homes.
The Centre Manager will:
Provide an effective service to the centre customers and charity supporters
Proactively grow fundraising
Support the delivery of donkey-facilitated learning across the community.
Lead the centre team of employees and volunteers to efficiently and effectively achieve agreed goals and objectives
Monitor the standards of service to ensure consistently high standards are maintained.
About You
To be successful in the role of Centre Manager you will bring with you:
Proven experience of working with vulnerable people, an understanding of their needs and the difference that donkey facilitated learning can make in their lives.
Knowledge of safe-guarding and safe working practices
Strong management and coaching experience
Excellent communication, organisational and collaborative skills.
