Due to massive growth our client is looking for a Line supervisor. Our client is a leading business within their industry.
* Ensure product meets specification and that Food Safety objectives are attained in accordance with company policies and procedures through production and equivalently for packed ahead product.
* Organization of staff on a daily basis in delegated area of responsibility
* Agency staff management & training
* Ensuring all staff are adhering to required work disciplines
* All product is recorded to maintain traceability for stock purposes.
* Compilation and reporting of productivity data ensuring required management reporting information is correct.
* Good communication in both written and speaking
Shift pattern- 4 days on, 2 off rolling- 5:45am to 15:15pm
