Post 2 - Carlton Forum Leisure Centre

Salary - £21,166 - £22,462 per annum for 37 hours per week.

Are you determined to make a difference?  We are looking for two highly motivated individuals to join our management teams at Arnold and Carlton Forum Leisure Centres on a permanent basis.

Carlton Forum is a large joint-use site with a fitness suite, swimming pools, group exercise and cycle studios, sports hall, squash courts and health suite.

Arnold Leisure Centre has two swimming pools and is also home to Bonington Theatre, which is managed separately.

You will be part of the management rota, working a variety of shifts and assisting in the organisation and co-ordination of the leisure centre’s day to day operations.

Working closely with the Centre Manager you will help to promote and encourage the wider use of the centre to increase users and revenue, primarily through the popular fitness membership and swim school.

You must have a high level of numeracy and literacy - 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent. Previous experience of leisure facility operation with practical experience of following building management procedures is also essential.
