Key responsibilities as a member of our Customer Service Team
We have opportunities available for Customer Service Advisors, who will take ownership and responsibility for customer contacts, building positive relationships with customers from all walks of life and taking care to find out what matters to them and do your very best to answer their queries.
We also have opportunities available for Customer Engagement Advisors, who will be responsible for engaging with customers who have fallen behind with their repayments. You'll speak to customers on the phone and find an individual solution for them by listening and understanding their needs. You will help them find the right way forward - whether that's agreeing a repayment plan, directing them to free debt advice, or by providing breathing space.
Everyone who joins our Customer Service teams are focused on ensuring that the journey our customers experience delivers a positive outcome
You will have a clear career development path which will reward you for your performance and provide career development opportunities based on the level of service you provide to our customers. If your performance meets service levels, your salary may increase up to £22,000 after 12 months in your role.
What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Advisor
We’re looking for people orientated individuals with experience gained within a contact centre environment, who are passionate about making an impact and delivering first class customer service. You will be IT literate, a natural and logical problem solver, with excellent rapport building skills, and most importantly you’ll be passionate about putting customers first!
