Chartered Building Surveyor
An independent highly reputable building and project consultancy that operate across the UK are actively looking to bring on a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their forward thinking, thriving Leeds office.
If you are looking for an opportunity to join a progressive company that actively look to promote from within, then this is the role for you. The consultancy is actively looking at expansion and the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of instructions including; dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, technical due diligence and more.
The opportunity covers the full range of Building Surveying instructions and will have the potential to develop into a leadership position within the consultancy.
The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;
MRICS, ideally with 1+ years PQE (newly qualified considered)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within a consultancy would be beneficial
Commercially minded
Full UK driving licenceIn Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;
GBP38,000 - GBP45,000
Car allowance
Performance based bonus
25 days annual leave
Bank holidays
Life assurance
