£29,409 per annum + Car Allowance

Permanent, full time - 37 hours per week

We are currently looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Tenancy Enforcement Officer.  The role will implement our strategies, policies and procedures for the management of tenancies. 

You will be involved in managing serious breaches of tenancy conditions with particular emphasis on incidents of ASB.  Taking a solutions focused approach, you will implement remedies which are compliant with good practice, regulation and the law.

Using a wide variety of tools and powers, you will also be available to provide advice, information, training and support on ASB and other tenancy issues across the Association.

 

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience of direct and effective management of a varied caseload of tenancy breaches, particularly ASB cases. 
  • Good networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A confident decision maker who positively and assertively takes a solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Proactive, resilient and driven to provide a first class service.
  • A full driving licence holder with access to a car for work use
