Here at South Thames Colleges Group, a brand-new opportunity has become available for a Head of Staff Recruitment to join us and lead the operational management of the recruitment services delivered by the HR Directorate to the Colleges within the Group.
Working closely with the Director of HR, Heads of HR, Deputy CEO and members of the Group Leadership Team along with the College Management Teams, you will support the implementation of recruitment strategies and the development of the employer brand. You will manage all aspects of the delivery of a comprehensive recruitment service; overseeing the relationships between the organisations that support these activities, assisting with tendering processes and supporting the development of job evaluation.
So, if you have experience of managing and developing recruitment strategies and processes and are confident in overseeing recruitment services and agency processes and/or relationships, then we want to hear from you!
With MCIPD or equivalent REC qualification, you will have highly developed communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills, have the ability to establish creditability with managers and have experience of coaching and advising managers in all aspects of recruitment and selection.
Those who have had exposure to job evaluation, and developing pay and grading arrangements are highly desirable, as are those who have experience of managing tendering processes.
