£25,158 - £29,624 (Band D) (pro rata for PT)

Birmingham Business Park, Solihull

Basis: Permanent - Full Time or Part Time

Work pattern:  Full Time Mon-Fri 37 hours or Part-Time 3 days 18-21 hours


This post is responsible for maintaining and developing the diagnostics system that supports staff across the organisation to deliver a high quality, resolution focussed service for their customers and colleagues.  


The successful candidate will have proven experience of: 

  • Using and maintaining diagnostic software systems.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels using a variety of styles.
  • Ability to be assertive in challenging situations and deal tactfully with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Making informed decisions but recognise the need to use own judgement to negotiate and resolve problems. 
  • High levels of customer care skills with a solution focussed attitude. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Reliable team player and represent the organisation in a positive manner to all contacts on all occasions 
  • Flexibility to work the hours required by the business and travel to meetings when required. 



You will be skilled at analysing processes and suggesting improvements that are Lean whilst achieving buy-in from stakeholders. This is a pivotal role so you will represent yourself, your team and the organisation with the upmost of professionalism at all times. You will thrive in challenging circumstances and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives and a single operating model. You will strive to continuously improve the diagnostics software to ensure that you understand the needs of your customer base and identify training opportunities by listening to calls. 


The successful candidate will be highly motivated, act with integrity, show enthusiasm and professionalism.
