Collections Advisor

Duties for the Collections Advisor:

• Collecting funds from customers who have fallen into arrears
• Going through income and outgoing expenditures
• Offer a professional and empathetic service and being aware of vulnerable customers
• Identify the reason for arrears, help to rehabilitate and avoid contractual loss

Skills for the Collections Advisor:

• A clear and professional telephone manner
• Experience working as a Collections Advisor, Collections Representative, Debt Recovery, Debt Collector within a telephone-based role
• To be computer literate and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
• A positive can-do approach

The Package:

• Salary - GBP19,500 with up to GBP750 commission
• Pension
• 35 days holiday (Inc Bank holidays)
