Governance and Compliance Apprentice / Business Administration Apprentice
Salary: NMW/NLW
Location: Walsall
Contract Term: 2 year Fixed Term Contract (37 hours per week)

Would you be able to use excellent communication skills to act as the first point of contact for the Governance and Compliance Team?

They are looking for a Governance and Compliance Apprentice to provide support to the Team with all administrative tasks, in an accurate and timely manner, delivering an efficient and effective service.
They are looking for an apprentice to join the organisation whilst undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. At the end of your apprenticeship you will hold an industry recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification which will be supported by two year’s practical work experience.
In this role you will learn a range of customer service skills in order to provide a professional, accurate, timely service.
To apply you will need a Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (Level 2 / GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent) and good IT skills. A positive attitude is a must, alongside the ability to stay calm under pressure.
