Purchasing & Sales Administrator

GBP16,000 - GBP18,000

NJR have the pleasure of working with an established FMCG company based in Manchester City Centre.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a diverse role which can offer the successful candidate progression.

To provide administration support to the department daily by effectively processing documents, also ensuring time critical documents reach appropriate destinations within agreed time frame.

Responsibilities

  • Check invoices
  • Send out sample requests
  • Answer phone calls /emails
  • Keep price list & sample request forms up to date
  • Keep Products Specification sheets and Navision items updated (case/units - weights & dimensions)
  • Brandbank
  • New Line forms
  • Buy in stock that is received and match up invoices
  • Holiday cover
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Check Delivery Notes against orders and amend accordingly
  • Invoice Sales Orders
  • Deal with POD requests
  • Deal with Credit requests
  • Set up barcodes and new products

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment along with the ability to hit deadlines on a regular basis along with the ability to prioritise while under pressure. You will have great attention to detail, be a a team player with a flexible approach to work and a good communicator at all levels.
