Flatmans are growing fast. We are currently looking for both experienced and trainee Estate Agents to join our successful, award winning team.
As a trainee graduate Estate Agent, you will start off working with an experienced Estate Agent; finding applicants ,sourcing/ qualifying leads, organising viewings, doing valuations and progress chasing. Throughout the process you will receive full and thorough training to equip you with all the skills required to perform each task to a high level and eventually run your own section or office.
If you are an experienced Estate Agent who is looking for a change then we can offer a superb package with high OTE. We are really looking for people who can quickly move into a supervisory role.
