Production Supervisor

Advanced Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's fast paced production site. We are interested to hear from candidates who have strong people management skills, who have managed a large number of staff.
Responsibilities:
* Organising staff rotas and managing holidays in a productive manner.
* Managing staff hours
* Improve team morale
* Organising production schedules to eliminate time loss
* Supervise the setting up of equipments efficiently for high quality products while minimizing wastages.
* Coaching and developing line team members.
* Collect and update production figures on the visual management board for management walk around.
* Update production manager on all issues or relevant information from shifts
* Achieving efficiency targets for line and team.
* Driving performance of team and line to maximize efficiency
* Team and individual performance management
