Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the a leading dance institution to lead the search for their new Director of Development and Fundraising. This organisation is a world leader in dance teaching and have offices in 36 countries and is one of the most influential dance education organisations.Joining at an exciting time ahead of the centenary next year and a brand new headquarters opening in 2021, the Director of Development and Fundraising will plan and implement a public campaign as part of the wider capital appeal. The Director will be responsible for raising all voluntary income from individual giving, corporate supporters, philanthropists and grant making institutions. You will lead the capital campaign for the new HQ and will represent the academy nationally and internationally on fundraising initiatives. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of providing dynamic and inspirational leadership skills to manage and motivate colleagues to fundraise across all revenue streams.
