Job Role - Finance Business Information Analyst

Location - Worcester

Job Type - Temporary

Duration of Role - ASAP till December 2019

Pay Rate - GBP15 to GBP16 per hour umbrella

Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

The successful candidate will be working within our clients care team, who provide older people with high quality nursing and residential care throughout the UK. The main responsibility for this role is to develop, test, implement and maintain reporting tools and methods to support the presentation and analysis of critical business information within this sector of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, test, implement and maintain reporting tools and methods to support the presentation and analysis of critical business information

* Ensure Business Information is produced in a robust and efficient manner and continues to be fit for purpose

* Conduct data analysis and recommend key areas requiring change and development, to enable focussed finance business process transformation in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations.

* Support the review, monitoring and evaluation of key areas to consider how best to improve finance reporting processes to develop and maximise business performance.

* Prepare and present information and recommendations clearly and concisely to managers and stakeholders, to communicate and agree changes to finance reporting processes to meet the current and future needs and expectations of the business

* Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring all processes are tested and maintained and that end users are provided with the relevant support to engage with utilising and improving business processes and quality of information available.

* Assist in the delivery and resource planning of any change in finance reporting processes to maximise efficiency, adherence and organisational benefit.

* Support the coordination and communication of relationships with all stakeholders, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.

* Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives.

Key Requirements:

* Equivalent GCSE Grade C in Maths and English

* AAT or similar qualification

* Recent experience working in a similar role

* Knowledge of financial regulations, legislation and current practice

* Degree or management qualification (desirable)

* Prince2 Practitioner or similar (desirable)
