Job Title: Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary / Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant
Location: Loughborough
Start Date: 01/10/2019
Salary: GBP9.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
Job Type: Temporary, Full Time, 4 days
Benefits: 1 hour lunch; close to city centre; warm, friendly & supportive team;
The Role:
Working with a prestigious firm, our client is looking for a Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary / Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to support the busy Dispute Resolution Department. The reason for the role is due to heavy workload, however it doesn't mean you'll be without support. Carrying out audio dictation, there shall be support in other areas should you require.
Key Duties:
Audio and copy typing and managing diaries
Audio Dictation and Computer Dictations
Producing documents and letters using the company's CRM and IT systems
Managing the filing system, including electronic file management
Efficiently answering all telephone calls and taking relevant messages
Key Skills & Knowledge:
Audio Dictation & Audio Typing
Experience within Dispute Resolution - advantageous
Computer skills (MS office, Outlook, Emails, Opening & Closing files, CRM systems, Diary management tools)
Professional & helpful approach
Organisational
Teamwork
Confidentiality
