Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Colchester Essex

Target: Candidates with administration experience, able to work at pace in a busy environment

Rewards: Competitive Basic Salary plus Bonus and Benefits. OTE GBP20K DOE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 AM-5.30 PM

Through our range of individual brands we specialise in facilitating the sales of new homes working with house builders, lenders and a nationwide network of estate agents. We offer a broad range of Mortgage Services together with Part Exchange, and Assisted Move. We work with most of the UK's top 20 house builders.

Due to market growth and business expansion we are now looking for exceptional individuals to join our Part Exchange Team based in our Colchester head office. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will need to provide comprehensive administrative support and become an integral part of the team, with the ability to provide high levels of customer service at all times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Deal with incoming and outgoing post

Receive incoming telephone calls and proactively deal with queries or outsource to relevant departments

Liaise with house builders, customers and estate agents via email, letter, fax and telephone providing high levels of customer service at all times

Hold records of all contact names and addresses for our clients and key disciplines with their respective developments and ensure are updated on an ongoing basis

Ordering of Valuations Surveys and EPC's in accordance with company policy

Managing the database for NHPX in accordance with day to day responsibilities and providing support to the team where necessary and to ensure weekly targets are met

Ensuring the smooth running of the team having the knowledge and understanding on a daily basis keeping the Sales Manager informed at all times

Adhering to company policy and best practice procedures at all times

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Able to work within a team in a secretarial role but also the ability to help and support others where workload dictates

Able to work on own initiative as well as following instructions

Prioritising workload

Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

Attention to detail is essential particularly when dealing with figures

Knowledge of property market is an advantage but not essential
