Job Role:
To support the company's continued plans for growth, we are looking to appoint a Cover Store Manager who following initial training will support/manage stores either on a planned or ad-hoc basis across their allocated primarily the Milton Keynes store.
This is a really exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual wanting to expand their management experience, as you will oversee all aspects of the store operation you are covering including leading the teams. This will hopefully result in you being appointed your own store going forwards.
The Applicant:
As well as having experience of successfully managing in a fast paced high volume retail setting you will be confident in driving sales set against targets and supporting the achievement of a strong customer base through the delivery of excellent customer service. Additionally you will be confident in managing and merchandising stock and have the ability to develop the teams you work with through effective recognition, coaching and training.
