Join an exciting company with over 30 years' experience in the design and build of various automated systems which in turn, test a wide range of components within the Aerospace, Automotive and Semi-conductor industries.
As an Electronics Test Engineer in Aldershot, Hampshire be responsible for testing and fault-finding of electronics assembly that are newly manufactured on site. Perform simple assembly of various electronic units as well as the repair of in-service equipment. Follow the company's current test procedure and perform a range of non-automated testing using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers.
Excitingly, due to the size of the company, you may be required to gather kits for the building of new electronic components. With this in mind, you may also work with new product development in the testing of bespoke prototypes as well as assistance in the build of test rigs.
As the Electronics Test Engineer in Aldershot, Hampshire, you will have proven experience in the testing and fault finding on both analogue and digital circuits and components. You will have used non-automated test equipment and test rigs and have a good understanding of the theory and logic of AC and DC, as well as the ability to work with electronic drawings and schematics.
As the Electronics Test Engineer in Aldershot, Hampshire its essential that you have good experience and knowledge in hand rework with new and modern micro-electronics.
This role offers the opportunity to work either part time (flexible hours to suit) or full time based on preference. If full time, additional duties will be required within the calibration department.
