Our client is a leading East Anglian based business, with an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them as HR Assistant Manager in a newly created role.

Reporting to the Head of HR and supporting the HR team, this role will oversee the day to day delivery of a highly professional and HR service to the business. The wellbeing of their people is at the heart of everything the business undertake and this role will play a key part in the continuous development of the company wellbeing programme, focused on making the company a great place to work.

Your remit will include:
- Managing Employee brand and attraction including talent pipeline and succession planning
- Working closely with managers to provide advice on coaching and developing performance
- Training & Development - including Performance Improvement, Management & Leadership Development.
- Pay & Reward
- Support the Head of HR with additional HR activities to drive business plans and strategy

CIPD qualified you will demonstrate experience of working as an HR generalist with a particular expertise in talent and recruitment. You will be a team player and additional experience of managing small teams would be advantageous.

This role is offered as 25-30 hours per week and our client would be delighted to discuss flexible working options
