Portfolio HR & Reward is currently working with a large commercial FMCG business based out in West London. We are looking for a HR administrator to work in a shared service environment. Candidates must speak French and Dutch/Flemish to be right for this role. The position will be sat working with the European team that would require a language savvy employee to translate any miscellaneous documents and handle HR queries in these languages.
Responsibilities:
Acts as first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of employee and line manager enquiries. Escalate call queries if needed via phone, email or live chat.
Responsible for logging all queries and requests on case management system and update system, as required.
Work under pressure in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment
Follow clear instructions from line managers when needed to apply UK employment law practice and European HR law practices.
Prioritise workload efficiently by applying effective timekeeping and adherence to rosters and schedules
Responsible for professional and customer-focused approach to handle customer inquiries.
Investigates requests which cannot be resolved by analysing nature of the request and routing to appropriate support.
Able to process administrative duties within set SLA's around speed, accuracy and quality Ensures client privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information.Skills:
Strong English language experience (Written and Verbal)
Dutch AND French, Flemish Language experience (Desirable)
CIPD Qualified/ Degree level Equivalents
Organised and interpersonal skills(phone number removed)SW
