Internal Recruiter

Medicom Healthcare Ltd, is a rapidly growing, Ophthalmic company with a mission to provide high quality eye care products that are designed, manufactured and delivered with excellence and to continually improve the awareness, accessibility and affordability of eye-care around the world. We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team to help support this growth.

Role and responsibilities

• Ownership of all recruitment activities including but not limited to; advertising roles, sourcing candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, managing offers and on-boarding process.
• Responsible for ensuring all job descriptions are compliant with employment legislation.
• Ownership of building company's profile, through various recruitment channels.
• Sourcing the best talent for our vacancies by head hunting through a variety of different jobs boards and social media platforms.
• Ensure all candidate's right to work documents are checked and references are taken.
• Produce and maintain a recruitment tracker which will be reviewed weekly.
• Create and build a talent pipeline of suitable candidates.
• Assisting HR and Marketing team with any other related tasks.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and candidates.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge on GDPR and employment legislation.
• Experience in designing, implementing and managing recruitment campaigns for multiple roles.
• Experience in using LinkedIn, job boards, excel and word.
• Internal training will also be provided with this role.
