Due to ongoing business developments, this highly respected and professional Third Party Pensions Consultancy is now seeking an Operations Manager to join their offices in Newcastle.
Assisting the Regional Operations Manager in developing the administration and payroll team(s) within the office, you will be responsible for providing full time management of the teams, with a particular focus on aspects such as commercial, people, client and process development. Client management and fee earning work may also at some point be involved, but the initial priority of the role is the on-going delivery of services, the development of the capabilities of those reporting to you, and of the systems, procedures, and compliance framework used by the company as a whole
Already an experienced and successful technical pension professional, you will have a strong track record in managing, developing and delivering pension's administration (DB and/or DC) services, as well as previous line management experience is required, including appraisal process, HR issue management, performance management and recruitment related activities.
