Are you an experienced HR Administrator keen to progress your career in HR?

If so, you may be interested in this HR Administrator role we have registered near Abingdon. Reporting to the Head of HR you will assist with a variety of operational HR duties, such as managing payroll, recruitment and supporting employee relations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a true generalist role, with the opportunity to get involved with a variety of HR projects and duties.

HR Administrator Responsibilities

As the HR Administrator some of our duties will include:

Maintaining HR systems
Managing onboarding processes
Supporting with employee relations
Assisting the Head of HR with projects
Maintaining sickness, annual leave and maternity records
Managing monthly payroll
Managing recruitment processes
HR Administrator Experience

The HR Administrator will have previous HR experience in either a HR Administrator or HR Assistant capacity. Ideally the HR Administrator will have knowledge of payroll, however this is by no means essential. As the HR Administrator you will be proactive and confidential in your approach, whilst working well within a team. Experience using HR systems would be a bonus.
