Our client is an international architectural practice with expertise in residential, retail, hotel and leisure. Their projects range from luxury boutique developments through to some of the worlds' most famous brands and simply put, they love what they do.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Part 3/newly qualified architect who will play an integral part in their continuing expansion; with on-site job running experience from inception to completion.
Profile
The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, have technical knowledge together with on-site experience demonstrating success, primarily in the residential and commercial sectors. Preference will be given to those who are able to display job-running and client liaison skills.
Areas of Expertise
This role is suitable for a highly motivated and professional individual who is an excellent communicator; confident in liaising with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors. They are looking for experience of preparing feasibility, planning and production drawings supported by a knowledge and understanding of planning and building regulations. Proficiency using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign is also essential.
This is a permanent position to support the expansion and growth of the team which will be accompanied by excellent career prospects.
