Manpower is currently recruiting for Gardeners to join our client based in Chertsey on a temp to perm basis.
This role is to maintain all gardens and grounds to the highest standard as detailed below. The Gardening function delivers day to day gardening maintenance of all properties. The team will be required to ensure that the landscaping and special projects are delivered to the required standards of the client and ensure the smooth running of all horticultural activities on the estate and associated properties.
Key Responsibilities
Mowing lawns
Shrub Herbaceous Border Maintenance
Turf and Leaf Maintenance
Seasonal Bedding
Maintenance of all types of Gravel Paths
Trimming hedge lines and wall/tree bases
Fruit/Tree/Wall/Vine - Fruit thinning, watering, and harvesting these areas
Preservation of Water Courses/Ponds/Waterfalls
Hedge Cutting
Ensure woodlands are maintained to standards required for all the properties
Working hours for this role are 9:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work will be required, and overtime is available but not compulsory.
