My client - one of the largest housing associations in the UK, with homes across central and south west England, are looking for an experienced Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to work on homes in the Gloucester/Tewkesbury area.
Reporting to the Gas Manager at Bromford, you will be responsible for undertaking the servicing of boilers and heating systems; fixing breakdowns in a timely manner; and accurately recording details of work for LGSR records on a PDA.
To be successful within this role you will have the following certifications: CCN1 Corel Gas Safety; CEN1 Domestic central heating/hot water boilers, CPA1, WAT1, HTR1, and NVQ level 2 and 3 or equivilant. Have previous experience in domestic properties or social housing; be able to comply with all safety legislation; and have an awareness of gas regulations - especially those that relate to gas safety and landlord duties.
Alongside a competitive salary, this position includes a company van, fuel card, work phone, PDA/Tablet, and uniform. A successful applicant will need to bring their own hand tools.
