Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Burnham Market

Our Client, a well-known independent estate agency based in the Burnham Market area is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Negotiator ideally who has valuing experience but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some previous estate agency experience and ultimately looking to progress with a reputable estate agent. You must be keen to get stuck in and committed to offering outstanding customer service. Local knowledge is desirable, and you will benefit from a busy and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and greeting customers
• Negotiating sales
• Progress sales through to completion.
• Conduct viewings with potential buyers
• Canvassing to generate new business
• Generate and arrange valuations
• Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face

Requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience
• Sales valuation experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent customer service
• Local Knowledge
• Proactive and positive approach
• Polite telephone manner
• Career-minded
• Willingness to learn and develop a career
• Full UK Driving license and use of a car

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday 9.00pm - 12.00pm (with half day in lieu) Or Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm (Day off in lieu) 5 day week

Salary: GBP18,000 Basic + GBP2,000 Car Allowance, GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 OTE
