The Just Recruitment Group is looking for a Lettings Negotiator on behalf of a client based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with potential clients about their property, maintaining good links of communication.
* Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
* Matching people to property.
* Looking for potential new opportunities for the business.
* Any other daily ADHOC duties.
Desirable Experience:
* Keep up to date with trends in the local residential lettings market.
* At least one year's industry experience.

*Strong communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Organised
* Driven/Ambitious
* Work well under pressure
* Ability to work independently as well as a team player
* Driving licence

Benefits: Competitive salary plus commission. 23 days holiday, increasing to 25 days within the third holiday year. They also offer a buy and sell holiday scheme, generous pension and life insurance scheme.
