Celebrating our 20th Anniversary in 2019, Proactive Personnel is enjoying a year of significant growth and are now looking for dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our 'Proactive family'!

We have a team of over 130 great people supplying quality staff to our client groups throughout the UK from 12 offices in and around Shropshire, the North West, the East & West Midlands and beyond.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Sales - cold calling, prospecting, B2B, presentations, tenders.
• Business Development
• Account Management

• Presenting, prospecting and negotiating with clients

• Candidate sourcing, attraction, registration and vetting

• Face to face meetings with clients including on-site check-ins and inductions

• Provide out of hours support on company mobile (rota basis)

  Requirements:

• Previous Industrial or Transport recruitment industry experience essential
• Commitment to provide a first class service to our clients and candidates
• A confident outgoing professional who is committed to succeed
• Proven track record that will demonstrate previous sales success and business development
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A self-starter with a tenacious approach
• An engaging personality - positive attitude and good sense of humour is key!
• A full UK driving licence is essential
