Our client, are a highly respected Estate Agents and have grown in size since their launch in 2012. They are continuously expanding and therefore seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their highly experienced team based in Kingston.
The main purpose of this role is to;
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.
* Identify client requirements and match those to the property portfolio.
* Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
* Opportunities to gain promotion within the first 12 months.
* Manage time effectively to maximise appointment and activity levels.
* Attend all training courses relevant to your to enhance knowledge and performance.
* Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
* Must be target driven and tenacious with a proven track record of achievement.
* Display high standards of service and presentation.
* Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
* Have a drive to be the top of every performance table.
* Promotion opportunities within the first 12 months.
