JR Recruitment are working with a National Law firm to support on the recruitment of a Legal Secretary based in their Nottingham offices. With prior experience of Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate, you will have great diary management skills along with being a speedy typist.
Supporting a team you will be well organised with a flexible approach to work. The business offer fantastic facilities along with great development.
Responsibilities
* Audio typing (Big Hand)
* Typing and drafting correspondence
* Amending documents
* Booking meetings
* Assisting with and drafting bills
* Opening, maintaining and closing files
* Archiving files
* Updating and maintaining databases
* Scanning and preparing documentation
* General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
* Preparation of Land Registry applications and completion of SDLT returns (this is essential for the role)
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent typing speeds
* Efficient diary management skills
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent organisations skills
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail
