Becoming a Diligence Administrator with Stirling Park:

To assist with the ever-increasing demands of a fast-paced office environment, Stirling Park LLP are looking to recruit a Diligence Administrator to join their Edinburgh operations. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide strong administrative support within the office and throughout the wider network. This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team. Full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:

Liaise with staff and clients by telephone, as appropriate
Prioritise workload to ensure work is completed to agreed timescales
General administration duties including telephone enquiries, mailing duties, banking, filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
Preparation of legal documents using a bespoke system
Preparation of reports and invoicing in relation to service of legal documents and tracing
Facilitate the use of database searched in relation to tracingWhat we're looking for:

Strong administration and data entry experience
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
Confident communication skills, written and verbal
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
Experience within a similar industry (beneficial)About Stirling Park
