We are delighted to be working on a Recruitment and Retentions position for one of our long-standing and exclusive clients based on the outskirts of Macclesfield.

Due to growth, they require a new team member on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to act as a central point of contact for everything Recruitment but also some operational duties.
We are looking for skill sets such as HR Administrator, Recruitment, Office Manager, Onboarding Co-ordinator.

The business does outsource their HR function so to be clear, this ISN'T a HR that requires CIPD qualifications, however, there are similarities and crossover of duties needed for this role.

Areas they need support in:

Centralising all Recruitment opportunities across the business
Standardising Recruitment practices
Promoting best practice
Liaising with all the Director and diary management
Setting up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Supporting appraisals throughout the year
Attending conferences and Uni days
Looking at different avenues to attract top talent locally
The long-term view of this position is that it could develop into a full-time role in the future, so we are looking for someone who is open-minded, with the ability to think outside of the box, and a level of flexibility to adapt to different situations.

And, last but not least, you will have the pleasure of working closely with Contrast from the other side of the desk
