Celebrating our 20th Anniversary in 2019, Proactive Personnel is enjoying a year of significant growth and are now looking for dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our 'Proactive family'!
We have a team of over 130 great people supplying quality staff to our client groups throughout the UK from 12 offices in and around Shropshire, the North West, the East & West Midlands and beyond.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
* Sales - cold calling, prospecting, B2B, presentations, tenders.
* Business Development
* Account Management
* Presenting, prospecting and negotiating with clients
* Candidate sourcing, attraction, registration and vetting
* Face to face meetings with clients including on-site check-ins and inductions
* Provide out of hours support on company mobile (rota basis)
Requirements:
* Previous Industrial or Transport recruitment industry experience essential
* Commitment to provide a first class service to our clients and candidates
* A confident outgoing professional who is committed to succeed
* Proven track record that will demonstrate previous sales success and business development
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* A self-starter with a tenacious approach
* An engaging personality - positive attitude and good sense of humour is key!
* A full UK driving licence is essential
