Lettings/Sales Negotiator
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join an award winning Estate agency.
Working in a small, friendly office you will have responsibility for the following areas:
Answering telephones
Resolving client queries by e-mail
Arranging viewings
Negotiating all sales and lettings
Liaising with vendors and buyers
Ensuring chain of sale is kept up to date - liaising with solicitors and other agenciesIdeally the successful candidate will have:
Solid experience in Sales & Lettings
Bright and enthusiastic attitude
Confident communicator
Smart and well presentedWorking hours
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 + every other Saturday 09:00-16:00
