We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Claims Management Specialist to join our Claims team. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and their employees with proactive case management and building customer relationships. The successful applicant will be the key claims contact for our customers and work as part of an end to end team with Insurance Nurses, Co-ordinators, Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants and Claims Managers to investigate and reach a liability decision on each claim, signposting them to relevant support.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times* Investigate all claims within an allocation, reaching a decision as to initial liability and continued validity* Communicate all claims decisions in a timely and appropriate manner* Work with the Customer Care rehabilitation team in promoting and assisting claimants in returning to work* Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers, co-operating with Sales in developing and maintaining business Essential knowledge and skills:
