South Norfolk Council has an exciting opportunity for a Waste Collection Driver (Garden) to join our team based at our Ketteringham Depot, near Hethersett. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours over five days, Monday to Friday) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP22,850 - GBP25,972 per annum.

Key responsibilities of our Waste Collection Driver (Garden):
- Providing an effective waste and recycling collection service.
- Helping to empty 72,000 bins each across the district for our residents and businesses.
- You will be working as part of a highly visible, public facing team to ensure a reliable, effective service.
As our Waste Collection Driver (Garden) you must be prepared to gain:
- CAT C Driving Licence and DCPC.
- Proven HGV driving experience and ideally experience working in a similar environment.
- Ability to lead by example and supervise the crew of loaders.
- Good attention to detail and a great customer service.
- A commitment to health and safety.
- Be motivated, a good team player and be flexible with your approach towards work.

Our package includes employer pension contributions of 15%, performance related pay up to 4%, 23 days holiday increasing to 28 days after 5 years plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time employees), compassionate leave and sickness entitlement for times of need.
