NHS client based in the West Midlands is seeking an Interim Head of HR. The successful candidate must have experience of working within the NHS previously as well as working across multiple sites.
- You will be responsible for managing a team across four sites.
- Be the first point of escalation for any problems
- Identify warning signs and manage the workforce dashboard.
- Support the delivery of the strategy around the OD agenda.
- You must be CIPD qualified.
