NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for someone who has experience in Imports & Exports who has a good eye for details and looking for a job with a different twist!
The role is working for a prestigious company who specialise in the transport of high value and secure items, the role will be a combination of being office based but also working at the airport (Heathrow) to oversea goods & cargo being checked and sent securely. You must have a good eye for detail, be vigilant and have the confidence to challenge and address anything that could be a potential issue or security breach.
Office duties will include:
- Dealing with shipping docs for Imports & Exports
- Dealing with customers in a professional and timely manner and updating customers throughout the shipment of goods.
- Dealing with customs clearances and having a good working knowledge of customs procedures.
This is a a very varied role which is 50% office based / 50% airport based. You will be trained in aviation security awareness , gain a SIA license and also have an air side pass.
The hours are a week 1 / week 2 shifts basis - 1ST WEEK 04.00AM - 12.00PM (MIDDAY) / 2nd WEEK 12.00PM - 20.00PM
