Tezlom are looking for someone to join the Recruitment team at the Southport Head Office as a Recruitment Resourcer.

We specialise in the recruitment of Nurses, Clinical staff, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for both temporary and permanent placements. Our client base consists of the NHS, Nursing Homes, EMI Care Homes, Private Hospitals, Mental Health Hospitals, SEN Schools, Children's Residential Services, Learning Disability Centres and Mental Health Services.

Job Title: Office Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (5pm finish on Fridays)

You will need to be a committed team player; highly organised; self-reliant and able to multi-task due to the varied and fast paced nature of this business.

Duties will include:

* Creating and posting job adverts across various job boards

* Booking candidates in for face to face interviews and conducting the interviews across the North West

* Resourcing candidates that match job roles, sourcing from various job boards and recruitment tools

* Telephone screening candidates over the phone

* Answering telephones

* Dealing with incoming emails such as job applications and enquires

* Collate information and data entry onto spreadsheets and computer systems

* Creating videos/social media content to be posted on a daily basis

* Network and advertise to potential candidates by maintaining current job adverts/social media

* Adhering to any additional administrative duties around the office

The ideal candidate should have:

* The ability to communicate with others effectively

* Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to pass or fail potential candidates at interviews

* Good level of ICT skills, specifically an understanding and usage of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, diary management and Outlook

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

* Organised and able to task manage

* Previous experience within a recruitment background is desired however not necessary

* Experience working within a fast-paced office environment

We are a specialist agency so you will gain a high level of knowledge and experience in the field, which will give you the tools in order to build a successful career with us. Everyone plays a role in our 'out of hours' on call service to cover bookings at Tezlom. This is on a rota basis and there is an extra pay structure in place, on average you can earn up to GBP1500 per year. You would be expected to do at least 1 evening a week and a half a weekend per month. We give you all the tools to do the job and earn that extra money. Please note: for this role you must have a valid UK drivers license with access to your own vehicle.
