Experienced Payroll Administrator/Assistant required to join a leading accountancy practice based in Addlestone, Surrey, on a part time, permanent basis. This payroll opportunity is suitable for an experienced Payroll Assistant, or Payroll administrator looking for the opportuntiy to work within an established team.

Payroll Administrator Position Overview

Calculate sick pay, over time and holiday pay

RTI Processing and CIS returns.

Calculation of tax and NIC Contributions.

Dealing effectively with client queries.

Managing a portfolio consisting of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual payrolls.

Processing the SSP, SMP, SPP, and NI.

Other Ad-Hoc Duties

End of year compliance (P60's etc.) and on-going compliance (P45's etc.)

Payroll Administrator Position Requirements

A minimum of 1 years' experience within payroll is essential, ideally within an accountancy practice.

Strong IT and data entry skills are essential.

Experience with sage, quickbooks and Xero software would be beneficial.

CIPP highly advantageous

Strong communication skills and essential.

Payroll Administrator Position Remuneration

GBP9.00 - GBP14.00 per hour dependant on skills and experience
permanent position across two days per week
9-5 hours
