Search Human Resources are currently partnering with a leading high growth business based near Preston, to recruit a Recruitment Manager. This is a permanent position paying up to GBP45k plus car allowance.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the purpose of the role is to identify and attract key people with the capability to create competitive advantage, and actively manage an appropriate balance of respire to meet changing needs, fulfilling the short- and long-term ambitions of the organisation's strategy and add to the overall company culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

? Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future resourcing needs
? Craft and implement sourcing strategies using all channels
? Proactively analyse current resource and talent levels, taking into account factors such as current and future demand, , leadership, demographics, attrition, capability by discipline, geography, critical and scarce skills
? Lead the development and ongoing management of an organisation-wide talent identification process with clear principles that are understood and agreed by all
? Leads the development and ongoing management of an organisation-wide succession planning processes and methodology that integrates fully with other critical processes such as performance management and talent identification
? Ensures that senior leadership understand, sponsor and are fully engaged with talent identification and succession activities and processes
? Develops an external recruitment strategy to manage expected and unexpected attrition and the acquisition of required new skills and capabilities with reference to recruitment source, career stage, entry point, timing of need, and so on
? Lead the identification and implementation of appropriate and fair selection and assessment methodology
? Lead and drive early careers recruitment , using the company brand and EVP to source and secure the best graduates and apprentices
? Lead and drive Mid-career recruitment, using the company brand and EVP to source and head hunt the best candidates
? Host and participant in recruitment events and fairs
? Lead the development of an organisation-wide induction and transition management methodology to minimise the time it takes to get 'on top of the job'
? Supports the development and implementation of the talent strategy and planning
? Ensures approaches to development, deployment and promotions are in line with organisations' agreed principles around talent management and develop fair access of opportunity for all
? Leads the design and development of governance processes, establishing clear accountabilities to manage the movement of resources across the organisation

The suitable candidate for this role would have operated at this senior level and be a recruitment subject matter expert. The position would suit a candidate who is self motivated and can work flexibly.
