Technical Sales Executive - Fasteners

Technical Sales Executive required for a leading and growing manufacturer of Fasteners, Fixtures and Fixings based in the Greater Manchester area. The successful Technical Sales Engineer will primarily be working from the companies facility near Greater Manchester however will be expected to travel throughout the North West to visit new and existing customers.

It is an anticipated the successful Technical Sales Executive will have exposure to the Fasteners of Fixings manufacturing industries, as well as a proven background in business development and /or account management.

Technical Sales Executive - Fasteners Position Overview

Managing the company's existing portfolio of key accounts
Travelling throughout the North West travelling to customers sites to promote the company's product range and understand customer requirements
Providing quotations and technical support on products to customers based on sales enquiries
Working towards sales targets

Technical Sales Executive - Fasteners Position Requirements

Experience within the Fasteners and Fixings industries is desirable
Strong knowledge within manufacturing processes is essential
Excellent telephone manner
Previous experience in a Sales / Estimating / Applications Engineering oriented role
Engineering qualifications are advantageous
Proficient with Microsoft packages i.e. Work, Excel etc.
Full UK clean driving license

GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 Dependent upon experience
28 Days Holiday, inc Bank Holidays
