We are working alongside our clients who are leading manufacturing suppliers for specific products in England, they are looking to find an Order Processor to join their busy team due to business expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise and work closely with the field sales team, factory and customers to process quotation requirements.
* To read and understand drawings with the ability to discuss potential problems and the confidence to suggest alternative solutions.
* Process orders accurately and efficiently.
* Keep all parties updated with order time frames.
* To build and maintain relationships with internal and external business customers.
* Confident telephone manner and able to deal with difficult situations and queries.
Skills and experience:
* Previous experience within a busy B2B environment.
* Experience with Aluminium Windows, doors and conservatories
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task with a positive can-do attitude.
* Manufacturing Industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
* Accurate data input and order processing skills.
* Ability to multi task with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Experience with LogiKal preferable but not essential
