Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Corby
Salary: GBP11 per hour
Start: Immediate
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
Our Corby-based client are looking for an Accounts Administrator to cover certain roles within their expanding family-run business.
The right candidate: -
?? Previous experience within an Accounts / small office environment
?? A proactive / can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved within the office
?? A very organised individual able to multi-task
?? Sage experience would be advantageous or an advanced us of Excel
?? Have no issue working within a male-dominated environment for a family-run business
The role will include, but not be limited to:
?? Working on client tenders and all associated costs / invoice reconciliation
?? Preparation of clock cards for staff for the Payroll Administrator
?? Invoice processing / reconciliation
?? Dealing with property rental details from confirmation of bookings through to reconciliation of payments and invoices
?? Job sheet checking and allocation of invoices to specific jobs
