We are now seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us for a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Your Role

As the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the resourcing requirements for our global operations and deliver our resourcing and talent plan for the global team.

Working in partnership with our HR Managers, you will develop, engage and deliver strategies, build and promote the corporate brand to attract talent and fulfil global hiring needs.

Specifically, you will:

- Focus on the EMEA and US regions for hiring needs
- Partner with Hiring Managers to determine staffing solutions
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to ensure they best meet needs
- Conduct internal and external searches for talent
- Directly source candidates
- Manage the full cycle interview process from sourcing and screening to co-ordinating interviews and onboarding
- Build strong relationships at all levels of our organisation as well as past and potential applicants

About You

To be considered as the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will need:

- Previous in-house recruitment and resourcing business partner experience, ideally in a telecommunications or technology environment
- Hands-on experience with full life cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- To be familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Significant experience recruiting multiple roles in a broad range of disciplines
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders and candidates with different needs

Experience of recruiting within EMEA and US globally would be advantageous.
