Executive Chef - Flitwick, Bedford
Service Care Construction are currently recruiting for an executive chef based in Flitwick, Bedford. A housing association require an executive chef to join their team on a permanent basis. Previous experience working as a head chef within a luxury environment or residential home is essential.
We are looking for an executive chef who:
*Has experience working as a head chef within a luxury setting
*Knowledge of catering for the elderly and the importance of nutrition and fortified
diets
*Level 2 Diploma in Professional cookery
*Staff scheduling, stock taking, product ordering and accountability
*You must also have knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and COSHH
*Demonstrate excellent communication at all levels.

About the role:

Maintaining the health and safety regulations. This is a full time position working a total of 40 hours per week.
