Search Human Resources are currently partnering with a leading growth business to recruit a Lead HR Business Partner on a 6-9 month FTC basis. The position is full time and is paying circa GBP65k.

Reporting into the acting Head of HR, the purpose of the role is to be responsible for the Business Partner function and ensuring that all programs and procedures adopted stay aligned with the group plans and strategies. Collaborating with the business's leaders and leading the development of HR strategies and approaches to attract, develop, and retain talent in the businesses.

The main accountabilities with the role include:

Leadership
* Leadership of the HR Business Partner department.
* Manage, coach, mentor and develop the HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Advisor
* Evaluate the performance of individual departmental members, enabling, and encouraging performance improvement where possible.
* Ensure that the HR Business Partner department is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties.
* Maintains a full perspective of the business at all times, placing emphasis on talent management, employee relations, policies, and people management procedures in application across the business.
* Ensure team delivery of high-value HR activity to the businesses at all times
* Mentorship role to wider HR team, ensuring constant professional growth

Business support
* Partner with the larger business leaders in the implementation of both short and long-term people strategies
* Ensure that all strategies implemented are aligned with the overall business priorities and goals.
* Guides and drives the HR Business Partners in defining their people and culture plans in order to realise measurable business impact
* Drive and support the identification of high-impact leadership practices across the businesses.
* Act as a coach and consultant to the business's senior management as well as high potential employees on key organisational and management matters.
* Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, inclusive of talent planning, development, employment legislation, and performance management in order to promote a culture of continuous growth and development in the business.
* Collaborate with the business leaders and support the HR Business Partners in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, pro-active resourcing, development, on-boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging people insights and analytics
* Implement and review people analytics in order to focus the business's leaders on relevant people management issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions
* Provide complex HR consultancy support to the HRBP 's and businesses when required and/or escalated
* Develop and drive people management strategies that promote an environment where all employees feel valued and respected
.
Projects
* Project lead the implementation and delivery of all HR Business Partner projects across the group
* Leads the business's design and change management projects initiated by the Business leaders and/or Group Head of HR

Policies & Procedures
* Ensure that there is consistent application, implementation, and improvement of people policies and procedures across the group.

Global
* Identify, design, deliver and embed all global HR strategies and people plans for businesses with international operations
