Salary: GBP31,524 - GBP34,796 per annum
Location: Based at Head Office - Lewes, but also driving to various locations within Brighton & Hove
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Thursday & 8.30am-4.30am Friday
3 Month Fixed Term Contract
**You must have a UK Driving licence and a car**
Are you able to start immediately and can work within Brighton, Lewes and surrounding areas? Do you have experience working as a HR Officer? You will ideally be CIPD qualified however experience is more essential.
Your duties will include assisting line managers with people issues, advise on performance and attendance management issues, liaise with the Services' Occupational Health provider in relation to cases of long-term sickness, advise on the management of employee relations issues, participate in disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, advise on the application of all HR policies, delivery training to service managers and much more.
You will have proven HR experience working within an advisor/generalist position and ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 5.
